So many exciting things happened in January!

I launched the beta of my 3-month coaching program, was interviewed on a podcast, and met some wonderful people who you'll be introduced to later this year as we lauch some pretty cool collaborations.

January was also a very strange, long, month. Not going to lie, it felt like whip-lash...going from the crazy hustle of the holidays then settling back into "normal". Anyone else find that bit draning?!

Our focus in February is on mindfulness for optimal performance and well-being. It's what inspired the live event highlighted above and the wonderful, free, resource we're offering to our VVA community.
