Hi Reader,
It feels good to be back.
After stepping away to welcome our daughter, Cadence (now 8 months old), I’m returning with renewed clarity and a deeper appreciation for the kind of leadership that sustains us.
Having the drive to achieve something is one thing; sustaining that drive is another. These past few months gave me valuable opportunities to explore the connection between those two elements of leadership.
The process of stepping back and then returning to my work reminded me of something I often tell clients: reflection isn’t a pause from progress, it’s an essential part of it. The most effective leaders I know protect time to think clearly, realign with their values, and make strategic choices from that place of clarity.
As we enter the final stretch of 2025, I’m excited to return to my work with Verus Vita Advisory and to offer you two simple ways to reset with intention: a free Reflection & Reset Worksheet and a subscriber-only Strategy Reset Session. You’ll find both below, choose the one that best supports you this season.
Be well,
--Krista

What I’m Noticing...
As planning ramps up, many leaders are narrowing their focus:
- Re-examining which goals still align with their vision
- Adjusting priorities to match current realities
- Letting go of initiatives that no longer serve their strategy
The clarity created in this season becomes the foundation for next year’s success.
